Do I need a video switcher or media server?
No. WareCue drives the room's screens and audio straight from one laptop or Mac mini — up to 4 video and 4 audio outputs — so there's no vision mixer, media server or rack to wheel in.
Can one machine show the main slide, a timer and Slido at once?
Yes. One computer drives up to 4 independent outputs, so the main screen, the confidence monitor's timer, a schedule screen and an interactive Slido page can all run at the same time.
Can I send a show timer to the confidence monitor?
Yes. The show timer is built in. Send a countdown and presenter notes to the confidence monitor while the main show plays, and put the agenda and a countdown to the next session on a schedule screen.
Can I run Slido or a web page on screen?
Yes. Interactive web is an output in WareCue, so a Slido room, a poll or a live web page shows on screen from the same machine — no second laptop.
