Run the whole awards night from one cue stack
WareCue runs an awards show from a single cue stack. Each award is a cue — the category and winner slides, the sponsor slide, the winner sting and a lighting trigger — all fired together on GO. Table plans, room-direction screens like “Quiet please” and a show timer run from the same machine, across up to 4 screens and 4 audio outputs.
Free trial with every feature. Outputs are watermarked until you buy. No credit card.
Every reveal, fired together
Build each award as a cue and the whole moment fires on one press — no juggling slides, audio and a call to lighting. The next category waits on standby.
The next award is armed
The category slide, sponsor, nominee VT, sting and lighting cue are lined up and visible before anything fires.
Everything fires together
One press takes the cue: the winner slide, the sponsor screen, the audio sting and the lighting state all go at once.
Name on screen
The winner slide or lower third holds while they collect, then clears on the next cue.
The next category arms
Decimal cue numbers (4.1) let you drop a cue into the running order without renumbering the show.
Main, sponsor, tables and the stage
Up to 4 video and 4 audio outputs from one machine, each with its own content — and every one of them a cue in the same stack.
Audio and lighting, on the same cue
The reveal isn’t just a slide. WareCue fires the sting and the lighting state from the same cue, so picture, sound and look land together.
A sting on cue
The winner sting fires from the same cue as the slide, on the right audio output, in time with the reveal.
A lighting state on GO
Send OSC, MIDI, HTTP, WebSocket or TCP to the lighting desk so the look changes with the winner — from the same cue.
Keep the room to time
A built-in countdown on the confidence (comfort) monitor and a schedule screen, independent of the main show.
Not a table full of devices
A media server, a slide PC, a playback laptop and a stings box collapse into one master machine — with a second machine on standby for A/B failover, so the show is covered if anything goes wrong.
GO and standby
See the whole award on a cue before you fire it; decimal cue numbers to slot in a last-minute change.
4 video + 4 audio
Main, side, table-plan and stage screens, each its own content, from one machine.
Stings and lighting together
OSC, MIDI, HTTP, WebSocket or TCP out to audio and lighting from the cue.
Screens that run the room
“Quiet please”, “Please take your seats”, “Awards resume in 5 minutes” — on cue.
A/B failover included
A Master licence carries two activations, so a backup machine is ready for the night.
Run it from a Stream Deck
GO, standby, cues, scenes and timers from a Bitfocus Companion template, with live feedback.

Questions from awards and event crews
Can one cue fire the slide, the sting and the lighting together?
Yes. A single cue fires every output and trigger at once — the winner slide, the sponsor screen, the audio sting and an OSC, MIDI or HTTP cue to lighting — so the whole reveal lands together.
Can I run sponsor slides and table plans on the side screens?
Yes. Up to 4 video outputs, each with its own content, so main slides, sponsor slides and a table plan can each have a screen from one machine.
Can I put “Quiet please” and other room direction on screen?
Yes. Any screen can hold a room-direction slide and change on cue, so stage management and the room read the same message everywhere.
Does it have show timers?
Yes. A built-in countdown on the confidence (comfort) monitor and a schedule screen, running alongside the main show.
Is there a backup machine for the night?
Yes. A Master licence includes two activations, so an A/B backup machine runs the same show ready to take over; the cut is made with your AB switcher.
Does it run on Windows and Mac?
Yes — released together, so your show machine can be either.
