Digital signage you can trigger
Most digital signage just loops a playlist on a timer. WareCue is interactive digital signage that reacts — a button press, a touch, a sensor or a network message changes the screen and the audio to match, then returns to the idle loop. Up to 4 screens and 4 audio outputs from one machine, running on site with no cloud subscription per screen.
Free trial with every feature. Outputs are watermarked until you buy. No credit card.
Idle loop, until someone acts
The screen plays a brand or ambient loop. A visitor presses a button or a sensor fires — the display and the audio change to the matching scene, hold, then return to the loop. No operator, no schedule.
The loop plays
An ambient or brand loop runs on the screen until something happens — the default state of the display.
Someone acts
A button, a touchscreen tap, a sensor or a message from another system fires the cue in an instant.
Screen and audio change
The display switches to the scene for that trigger and the audio plays to match — the information, the reveal, the answer.
Back to the loop
After it plays, or on the next trigger, the screen returns to idle, ready for the next person.
Buttons, sensors and other systems
A scene can be fired by a person at the screen or by another system on the network — so the display reacts to the room, not to a clock.
Buttons and touch
A push button, an information button or a touchscreen tap changes what’s on screen — the visitor chooses, the display answers.
Sensors and inputs
A motion or proximity sensor, a GPIO contact or a door trigger (through a bridge) can start a scene as someone arrives.
Other systems
OSC, MIDI, HTTP, WebSocket or TCP from a control system, a kiosk or a show controller changes the scene from anywhere on the network.
The difference from ordinary signage
A signage player loops content on a timer and waits. WareCue reacts, plays audio with the picture, and drives several screens from one machine.
A playlist on a timer
A display that reacts
From an idle loop to an interactive wall
Up to 4 video and 4 audio outputs from one machine, each its own content — and any of them can change on a trigger.
Installed once, running all day
The same engine that runs live shows, pointed at an installation — local, reliable and without a per-screen subscription.
No cloud, no internet needed
Runs locally from the machine on site, so a dropped connection or a cloud outage never takes the display down.
A licence, not a per-screen fee
Pay once or yearly per machine. No monthly cloud CMS charge that grows with every screen you add.
Made for all-day running
The same playback engine built for live shows that can’t crash, pointed at a display that runs open to close.
A licence per machine, not per screen

Questions from installers and venues
Can a button or a touch change what’s on screen?
Yes. A push button, a touchscreen, an information button or a sensor (through a bridge) fires a cue that changes the screen and the audio, then returns to the idle loop — no operator needed.
Does it need the internet or a cloud account?
No. It runs locally from the machine on site. There’s no cloud CMS and no per-screen subscription, and a network drop doesn’t take the display down.
Can it drive a video wall or several screens in sync?
Yes. Up to 4 video outputs from one machine, each its own content or synced across a wall; add a Node for more screens from the same show.
Does signage usually have audio?
Most doesn’t. WareCue plays audio with the picture, on the right output, so a reveal or an interactive scene has sound to match.
Is this a digital signage CMS?
Not quite — it’s show-control playback that happens to drive displays. If you only need a scheduled playlist on one screen, a basic signage player is cheaper. WareCue is for displays that react, need audio, or run several screens in sync.
Does it run on Windows and Mac?
Yes — released together, so the machine on site can be either.
