Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED 11 OCTOBER 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at warecue.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of licences for the WareCue software (the “Software”) from WareCo Tech Ltd (“WareCo Tech”, “we”, “us”). Your use of the Software itself is governed by the Licence Agreement.
By using the Site or buying a licence, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Some features require an account, which you access by signing in with your email address. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly at hello@wareco.tech if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Trial
WareCue can be used in Trial Mode without a licence. The trial includes the full feature set for evaluation, with a watermark on programme outputs. The trial is provided “as is” for you to decide whether to buy.
Licences, pricing and payment
- Licence tiers, prices and what each includes are described on our pricing page. Prices are in the currency shown and may change; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you choose until cancelled.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then stops at the end of the current billing period. A cancelled or lapsed subscription does not interrupt a show already running — licensing changes take effect at a later launch of the Software.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless we are required to collect them.
Refunds and cancellation rights
Because the trial lets you fully evaluate the Software before buying, we generally do not offer refunds once a licence key has been issued and activated, except where required by law. If you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel, that right applies as the law provides. Questions about a purchase: hello@wareco.tech.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Software unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- Attempt to circumvent licensing, watermarking or activation, or to access the service in a way we have not authorised;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Site or our infrastructure;
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Software except as expressly permitted in the Licence Agreement.
Intellectual property
The Site, the Software, and the WareCue and WareCo Tech names and logos belong to WareCo Tech Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. Your media and content remain yours.
Availability
We work to keep the Site and our services available, but we provide them on an “as available” basis and may change, suspend or discontinue parts of them. Licence activation is designed to work offline so that a licensed machine does not depend on our servers to run a show.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Software are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, WareCo Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising from the Site or a licence is limited to the amount you paid us for that licence in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
