WareCue

Software Licence Agreement

LAST UPDATED 11 OCTOBER 2026

This End-User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and WareCo Tech Ltd (“WareCo Tech”, “we”, “us”) and governs your use of the WareCue software and any updates to it (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. Your use of our website and your purchase are also covered by our Terms of Service.

Licence grant

Subject to this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, WareCo Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software in line with the tier you hold, as described on our pricing page:

The number of machines you may activate is set by your tier and the activations it includes. You may move an activation between machines by deactivating one and activating another, through your account.

Activation and offline use

The Software is activated by signing in, or by applying a signed licence key. Licence keys verify locally, so once a machine is licensed it does not need an internet connection to run a show. You must not tamper with, bypass or attempt to defeat activation, watermarking or licence checks.

Restrictions

You must not:

Your content

The Software runs on your machines and plays your media from them. You keep all rights to your media and content, and you are responsible for holding the rights needed to use it. We do not receive your show media.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. WareCo Tech Ltd and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Updates

We may provide updates to the Software. A perpetual licence continues to run the versions it covers; access to newer versions may depend on your tier or an active updates period, as described at the time of purchase. This Agreement covers any update unless that update comes with its own terms.

Term and termination

This Agreement applies for as long as you use the Software. For subscription tiers, your licence runs while your subscription is active; a lapse does not interrupt a show that is already running, and licensing changes take effect at a later launch. We may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach it; on termination you must stop using the Software.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, WareCo Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for testing your show and for keeping suitable backups and contingency, including a backup machine where appropriate.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
